Exchanges & Returns
Follow these steps
I got my hand-made clothing today and it’s not quite right. Now what?
I look at my packing slip with my order - is everything correct?
I hop on my phone or computer and send off an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org and explain the following:
- My name & order number
- A brief explanation of the item and what isn’t right (color, size, fit, quality)
- Details of the exchange. Would you like the same item, but a different size or colour? Perhaps store credit or a gift card?
I wait for a response and then pack the items(unwashed & unworn) in their original packaging, secure the package, and wait for the return courier to collect.
I receive a tracking number when my new item ships, and wait for the new item to come back to me.

Please be mindful when shopping with us, as returns are processed as exchanges or store credit only.
Contact by email must be made within 3-5 days of receiving the order.
All concerns regarding the fit, color, and/or quality of the order, as well as details of the exchange, should be directed to email@example.com
Items returned for exchange must arrive back in their original condition (unwashed, unworn) within 10 days of arrival to the recipient.
Please allow 2 weeks for the exchange order to ship.
Custom items cannot be returned or exchanged.
